Coque Saddle Hackle 15cm

The cock saddle hackle or cock saddle tuft is often worn on the shako or the two-pointed hat as parade jewellery. Historically it is worn in the military as a badge of rank and also as a regimental or company identification. The height of the hackle including the wire loop is about 20cm. The height of the feather wire is 15cm. We manufacture the hood in our company in fine handmade work from selected feather material.
