Payment & Shipping

Deliveries: We ship all available goods by the fastest available means, usually within 48h. If the delivery is delayed, we try to inform the customer in time.

Minimum order value/small quantity surcharge: We charge a minimum order value of €50.00 for entrepreneurs with access to our B2B area. For all other customers we charge a minimum order value of €20.00. We do not charge a small quantity surcharge.

Delivery costs: The goods are shipped at the indicated prices with the shipping service provider DHL. For deliveries with DHL, transport insurance is included up to €500.00. Express services are carried out if available with the courier service Zollblitz.

Transit times of parcels: The transit time of a package within Germany is about 1-2 business days. Deliveries to other EU countries take approx. 2-5 working days.

Shipping costs scale for deliveries within Germany (without islands):

up to 1,0kg => €5,90 (incl. 19% VAT)

up to 3,0kg => €7,90 (incl. 19% VAT)

up to 5,0kg => €9,90 (incl. 19% VAT)

up to 10,0kg => €11,90 (incl. 19% VAT)

up to 20,0kg => €17,90 (incl. 19% VAT)

up to 31,5kg => €20,90 (incl. 19% VAT)

Shipping to EU foreign countries: For deliveries to EU foreign countries we need a VAT ID from these customers. If this is not available or it is a private customer, then we can not deduct the 19% VAT in Germany. Costs for customs and import are always paid by the customer.

Delivery to other EU countries is made in 3 zones:

ZONE 1 => Belgium, Denmark, France, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Austria, Poland, Switzerland, Czech Republic

ZONE 2 => Great Britain, Italy, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Hungary, Liechtenstein

ZONE 3 => Bulgaria, Estonia, Finland, Greece, Ireland, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Norway, Portugal, Romania, Gibraltar

For customers from Switzerland and Liechtenstein no VAT is charged due to third country regulation.

up to 10kg => €30,90 (incl. 19% VAT)
up to 20kg => €42,90 (incl. 19% VAT)

ZONE 2 :

up to 3kg => €22,90 (incl. 19% VAT)
up to 5kg => €27,90 (incl. 19% VAT)
up to 10kg => €33,90 (incl. 19% VAT)
up to 20kg => €43,90 (incl. 19% VAT)
up to 31,5kg => €59,90 (incl. 19% VAT)
